‘Italy – Charcoal and Oil – Venice’ Numbered Limited Edition landscape

This is a view I've drawn of the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, known as the Salute, on the Grand Canal in Venice. The colour palette I’ve used in my contemporary landscape [below] follows the tradition of how Renaissance painters used a certain type of pigment and has been applied to show
the 'glowing' Italian light 'dancing'.
